Delivery and Return Policy
Summary Terms:
1. Delivery Policy:
- Delivery fee: 0.5 KWD for all areas in Kuwait.
- Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 24 hours from the time we receive the order.
- Delivery hours: Daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- In case of any issue with your order, you can contact us عبر the communication channels listed on your invoice.
2. Return Policy:
- The original invoice is required.
- Sold items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date, provided they are not used or damaged (terms and conditions apply).
- For exchange/return, the product must be brought to the company’s location in Hawally, Block 2, Street 67 (Google Maps name: Alcost).
- If the customer cannot bring the product, a delivery company will collect it for a fee of 3 KWD.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus transaction fees (depending on the payment card), within 2 working days (48 hours).
- Products that do not require inspection will be exchanged immediately.
- Products requiring inspection will be checked within 2 to 5 working days.
- Returned/replaced items will be delivered back to the customer free of charge to the address on the invoice.
- If a product has an irreparable defect, it will be replaced according to the company’s replacement policy.
- If the original invoice is unavailable, the issue will be reviewed by management after consulting sales.
- If damage is due to misuse or negligence, a resolution will be arranged according to company policy.

- Delivery dates provided are estimates and may vary.
- Alcost reserves the right to change delivery terms at any time.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; the company is not liable for delays.
20. Delivery Locations:
- Delivery is available only within Kuwait and to accessible locations.
- The customer is responsible for being present at the delivery address.
21. Delivery Address:
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
- Required info: recipient name, phone number, governorate, block, street, building number.
22. Changing Delivery Address:
- Address changes cannot be made by phone for security reasons; contact customer service or WhatsApp.
23. Delivery Confirmation:
- Customers will be contacted before delivery to confirm timing.
- Delivery times are approximate.
24. Delivery Scheduling:
- Customers must confirm availability at the scheduled time.
- Changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- If delivery fails twice due to absence, the order will be canceled and only the product price refunded (delivery fees not refunded).
25. Delivery Arrangements:
- Customers will receive confirmation via SMS or email.
- Orders must be prepaid before delivery.
- Customers must inspect items upon delivery and sign confirmation.
- Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours.
- Ownership transfers to the customer upon receipt.
26. Delivery Damage:
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours.
- Items must be retained for inspection.
- If damage is confirmed, items will be replaced or refunded (excluding delivery fees).
27. Warranty Terms:
- Warranty applies to certain products for a limited time.
- Does not cover misuse, improper installation, breakage, or liquid damage.
- Manufacturing defects are replaced, not repaired.
28. Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled before shipping.
- Full refund if canceled early.
- If canceled within 48 hours before delivery, delivery fees may not be refunded.
